OVERVIEW

B.A, B.B.A, B.Com and B.Sc streams including Business Analytics and Data Science.

AVV Degree & P.G. College was established in 1991 and elevated into a P.G. College in 2007. It received permanent affiliation in 2008 and recognition under UGC sections 2(f) and 12(b) in 2013. All programmes are offered in English medium and are designed to move students directly into employment, professional courses or postgraduate study.

The curriculum blends traditional strengths in commerce and science with newer, industry-aligned streams such as Business Analytics and Data Science. Computer laboratories, a library, seminars and career guidance sessions support students throughout the three-year journey.

P.G. Programmes

Postgraduate study is offered under Kakatiya University norms, with commerce and science specialisations available subject to affiliation for the academic year. Contact the college office at 0870 242 4374 for the current PG intake.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Objective

The major objective of higher education is to impart scientific and quality knowledge. India has made remarkable progress in expanding higher education institutions and student enrolment, with Telangana also witnessing significant growth.

However, the quality of education remains a major concern. Rigid educational structures and limited access continue to prevent many people from benefiting fully from education.

Telangana also continues to face challenges in improving its literacy rate. It is therefore important for the government and educationists to work together to increase enrolment and provide quality education in line with the vision of NEP 2020.

The goal of achieving a 50% Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) by 2035 requires collective efforts to make higher education more accessible, inclusive and quality-driven.
